Exchange & Return Policy

At Lena, we value your trust and place your comfort as our top priority. To ensure clarity, please find our exchange and return policy below:

- Items can be inspected upon delivery in the presence of the courier.

- Returns are only accepted in case of a clear manufacturing defect.

- Exchange is available only in case of incorrect sizing, provided the item is in its original condition.

- Additional shipping fees apply to cover exchange costs.

In the case of an approved return, the refund will be processed within 15 business days from the date of receiving the returned item, via InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

- Deposits are non-refundable in all cases, as production begins immediately after confirmation.

- Exceptions apply only in the following cases:

1- If we are unable to produce the requested item or color for reasons related to us.

2- If a clear manufacturing defect is found that cannot be repaired and is reported immediately upon receipt.

في Lena نعتز بثقتك ونضع راحتك في مقدمة أولوياتنا، لذلك نعرض سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع بوضوح:

- متاح معاينة القطعة أثناء وجود المندوب.

- لا يوجد استرجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب واضح في القطعة.

- الاستبدال متاح فقط في حالة المقاس غير المناسب، بشرط أن تكون القطعة في حالتها الأصلية.

- يتم إضافة رسوم شحن إضافية لتغطية تكاليف الاستبدال.

- في حالة الاسترجاع، يتم استرداد ثمن القطعة خلال 15 يوم عمل من استلام المرتجع، ويتم التحويل عبر (InstaPay أو Vodafone Cash)
